Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Rosal AI services (operated by Digital Asset Limited), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
Rosal AI provides enterprise artificial intelligence solutions, including:
- AI consulting and strategic planning
- AI implementation and integration
- AI optimisation and ongoing support
Service Scope
All services are provided subject to individual service agreements. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in separate statements of work or contracts agreed upon by both parties.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement, all intellectual property rights in deliverables created specifically for clients belong to the client upon full payment. General methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property remain with Digital Asset Limited.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Asset Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
